Write a 600-word essay describing how the content from your artifacts will assist you once you graduate? How do they add value and effectively measure what you have learned in the program?

The purpose of the position papers is to engage you in critical thinking by using the ideas and information in the readings, videos and other class materials and create a coherent argument of your choosing. Each position paper is to be 4-5 double-spaced pages. Select one work issue mentioned or related to those mentioned in this class. Develop a position about what the government should do to solve the particular problem or issue and write it down in the form of a thesis. For example, one position/thesis could be “The US Government should reverse trade policy and start protecting local industries”. A more specific thesis could be “The US government should have more protectionist policies for the coal industry.” Either general or specific positions/theses are accepted, but the more general ones tend to be more difficult to support. If you have selected an issue from outside the US, make it clear which government (US or local) should be responsible for the action you are advocating.
The paper should use at least 4 different materials from the class content (readings, videos, presentations, etc.) and 4 additional materials from new research, for a total of AT LEAST 8 sources. The external materials can be data to show the importance/relevance of your problem, recommendations from NGOs, previous government policies, among other relevant materials.
The report should include all elements of a good paper, including an introduction, which should include a thesis and the specific structure or elements of the report, and a conclusion. Your position should be stated in a clear thesis statement than then should be supported with evidence from class materials and additional research. A position paper also requires some form or anti-thesis or counterargument accompanied with supporting evidence. The anti-thesis or counterargument should be disproved or minimized to show how your position is really the best. The antithesis usually questions the strategy you are advocating, explores unintended consequences or points out how it may affect certain groups negatively. Finally, remember that there are many ways to use the class materials. For example, you may disagree with any particular reading or content and use them as a way to show the opposite of your point. You can also use your research on labor laws if you think it would be useful.

Your final assignment helps to integrate all
that you have learned over the course. Your future role as a leader will
benefit from this exercise by applying your new knowledge to the real world.
Please fully address the questions in Part I and Part II to complete this
assignment.

Part I:
Please address each question prompt using at
least 350 words. This part of the weekly assignment will be at least 1,050
words in order to address all the questions.

the article by Ornstein, A. C. (2017). Social justice: History, purpose
and meaning. Society, 54(6), 541–548 found in the Additional Materials for
this module. Read “The Meaning of Social Justice” on pages 546-548. The
author identifies 30 basic principles that should be considered as a
framework for defining social justice. Select five (5) of the 30 basic
principles and discuss why they are important to you. How are they
significant to others? What groups are impacted when they are not
initiated? Do you think all people should be committed to provide a fair
chance for everyone to succeed and develop their abilities and talents;
why or why not? What are some recommendations for improving social

Select a current social justice issue that has
been in the news, on social media, or in the newspaper that may impact employees
in an organization. Write an APA style essay (500 words) that addresses the
issue and what strategies you would use if you were asked to be a champion of
change for your selected issue.

The reflection papers are meant to answer some questions, ideas, thoughts, etc., that you have reckoned with as a result of the readings and videos you’ve seen during the class as well as some of our discussion in class. However, they are not meant to be summaries of the content. Reflection papers should be 3 pages in length (double space, 12-point Times New Roman font).

This report should be no less than 400 words in length and not more than 700 words in length.

Pick three topics from the textbook and identify any company of any size from anywhere in the world (as long as they have a website that you can reference to) that does a very good job on these three topics that you have chosen. You should include an introduction, one paragraph per topic in the body, and a conclusion:

Introduction: State the name and provide a brief background of the company. Include a working link to the company website.

Body: You may state the topic from the textbook as such “Amazon.com does a great job at improving Customer Relations” (p. 142 of the textbook). Next, explain why and how they do a great job at the topic you have chosen. Do this for each of the three topics from the textbook.

Conclusion: Wrap-up your paper and summarize your main points.
There is no excuse in finding a company that does well in at least three of the topics from the textbook. There are 1.18 million companies in Canada alone so you should be able to find one that is not chosen by everyone else. Please be original!

Consider the Persona profile(s) identified in a previous discussion. Now you will develop a (1) list of potential pain points based on the persona’s you created for your business or evaluated for another business. Additionally, you will (2) consider key words and/or phrases you can use with the content you create and that you can use for hashtags.
When you create content that appeals to your audience that is useful to them then they will develop trust and/or like your brand. Pain points are the topics or problem areas that target audiences are looking for to help make decisions and figure out solutions.

Jim Barry in Social Content Marketing for Entrepreneurs suggests that a business wants to have a unified keyword strategy to help with SEO or search engine optimization. Therefore, consider the pain point topics you identified above and try to determine search friendly keyword phrases that you can include in your content material, tag and hashtag posts, titles, sub-titles, headers, etc.
To synchronize pain points and keyword phrases, your content has to address a narrow enough audience to appreciate the pain point subtleties of individual personas. You can find trending and/or popular use of key terms and phrases by viewing instagram or twitter topic/hashtag popularity. You can also use google auto-keyword suggestion when typing in a search box. Additionally, you can use Google’s Adwords Keyword Planner.
