R system web exercise

I am taking the business analytics for my master class. My professor want us to use R studio to do the web exercise.
Here is the detail for the exercise :
FORMAT FOR THE WEB EXERCISES The following sections should be incorporated (if enough information provided in the problem): 1. A Summary of the Problem Give a brief introduction to the problem. Please do NOT copy and paste the original problem from the given case study. Give a brief two paragraph description of the overall goals of the study and what must be found in order to solve the problem. 2. Method of solving Describe which tools you learned in class which will be employed in the problem solving. Describe why the methods you are using will lead to a solution to the problems in the case study. 3. Give the derivation (if one is required) or how specifically you solved your problem in detail. Typically, the case study will guide you towards what should be found and reported on. You must identify the proper tools required to solve the problem as well as use them with any other information or data. 4. Results Summarize your technical results as well as what the results mean in plain English. Your audience typically won’t enjoy reading tables of numbers or heavy mathematics. They like short summary tables, graphs, charts and plain English. After you have described the technical results, translate them into a meaning that any audience, regardless of their mathematical background, can understand. 5. Managerial Implications With any type of problem solving there are usually decisions attached to the solutions. You must take your results and provide recommendations for the best possible decision to make. Justify why you believe the recommended decision will be the best to make. Also perform a sensitivity analysis where appropriate (we will discuss this later in the course). 6. Attachments section (where applicable) This section may include MS Excel files (original calculations that include formulas), statistical analysis output, charts, etc. If your mathematical derivations are long or your work was done using Excel or some other type of software, you must provide the files which show the work. If it is a mathematical derivation, you must actual formulas in Excel.

STYLE Please use Times New Roman font, black, size 12, single space, indented paragraphs, 1-inch margins
Web Exercise #1
1. Import Insurance data into RStudio
2. Assess the normality of the following variables: claim amount, coverage, hoursehold income, and deductible (explain whether or not the variables are normally distributed, are distribution symmetrical or skewed). Explain your findings and support with descriptives (numerical and/or graphical)
3. Is there a statistical relationship between claim amount and income? Explain your findings and support with descriptives (numerical and/or graphical)
4. Is there a statistical relationship between the type of claim and marital status?

Instructions:
Please submit a single PDF file with your answer.

GRADING COMPONENTS
The web exercises will be graded based on the following components: write-up, interpretation, R code,
and paper structure
expectations:
Write-up
Problem statement is precise andclear. The model-building steps
and methodology are clearlystated. Decision criteria are
clearly explained
R code
Code is well-documented,correctly executes, proper syntax
is selected, coding is easy to follow
Interpretation
Overall model (statistical strength, accuracy, and
generalizability) is assessed using discussed criteria and
parameters. All coefficients are discussed. Managerial
implications are clearly outlined based on the output
Paper structure
Paper follows the structure outlines in the section above
(Format for web exercises).Formatting looks professional
(consistent and professional font, indentation, headers). Charts
have white background. Charts, tables and output are clearly
named and referenced in the body of the paper.

From my professor recommend using R Scripts for the homework
**** # When you work in RStudio, you should always keep track of your work, which is why I recommend
# ****using RScripts for your class work, homework, or any tasks that you might perform. Technically,
# you can execute commands from the console, but it will be very difficult to keep track of your progress
# and changes.
Web exercises will
generally ask you to formulate the problem, provide a solution to the problem, and interpret the results
(e.g. make suggestions to the business/manager). Your answers should reflect your understanding of the
assigned readings for the current week; make sure to mention and explain relevant concepts learned for a
complete answer.
The textbook I reading is

Edition, Cengage Learning, ISBN-10: 1-305-62773-3; ISBN-13: 978-1-305-62773-4

Brief Case

Brief Case:
Data-Time Inc. is a company which manages databases for a large city in Colorado. Included in these databases is information collected from the city’s homeless shelters and free clinics. Specifically, the databases contain personal information of the users of these services over the past 10 years; this includes people’s Social Security numbers and health records.
This data is highly secure and only accessible to the employees of Data-Time Inc. Employees are given a laptop when they are hired which allows them to access the database remotely. This past week, an employee left their laptop in their car, and the car unlocked. The Data-Time laptop was stolen, and the security of the database was compromised.
A majority of the people whose information was compromised are homeless; therefore there is no easy way to contact them in order to alert them of the security breach. During a meeting about the breach, the VP of Operations has suggested to the Director that the company do nothing since it would be virtually impossible to notify all affected individuals. She further stated “since they are homeless, they probably won’t be affected anyhow, and if they are, they’ll never know.” The VP is the Director’s boss, though it’s the responsibility of the Director within his job description to respond to these types of situations.
1. Is there an ethical dilemma in this case? If so, who is experiencing the ethical dilemma, and what, specifically is it?
2. What level of Kohlberg’s ethical development is the VP operating at? Also, which type rationalization is her response demonstrating? Explain.
3. If Data-Time does nothing, which of the four types of corporate response (from notes/text) would this be considered?
4. Describe the pros and cons to doing nothing. Also describe the pros and cons to trying to notify everyone affected.
5. How should Data-Time Inc., in general; and the Director, specifically, manage this breach in security? Is there any accountability on the part of the employee (if so, what/how)? Justify your suggestions.

Fiscal Policy and the Macroeconomy

Examine how fiscal policy is used to mitigate negative impacts on the national economy.
This assessment deals with how the government utilizes fiscal policy
instruments (tools) to stabilize the economy and to achieve full
employment, control inflation, and encourage economic growth.
Suppose the economy of a hypothetical country has reached its
long-run macroeconomic equilibrium when each of the following aggregate
demand shocks occurs.
The economy of a hypothetical country has been stable for two or
three years with very low unemployment. Wages have been gradually
increasing during this time. Now stock market prices begin significant
increases, causing peoples’ investments, such as their retirement
accounts and other investments, to increase in value. People feel very
good about the future and use their new-found wealth to buy things that
they had been hesitant to purchase in the past. Describe, in a short
essay inserted below these questions, how the economic situation will
change and how the government could best respond to these changes.
Include detailed answers to the following questions in your essay:
What kind of economic gap will start to occur (inflationary or recessionary)?
What kind of fiscal policy might be helpful to stabilize the economy (expansionary or contractionary)?
What specific fiscal policy tools does the government have
available, and how should these tools be utilized to maximize their
effect in stabilizing the economy?
What would be the likely impact on the government budget and national debt of the use of these fiscal policy tools?
The economy of a hypothetical country has been stable for two or
three years with very low unemployment. Wages have been gradually
increasing during this time. Now an aggressive policy of increasing
tariffs on foreign goods imported into the country results in
retaliatory actions from the other countries against the hypothetical
country’s products and services. This causes great loss of business in
the hypothetical country, and results in significant unemployment.
Describe, in a short essay inserted below these questions, how the
economic situation will change, and how the government could best
respond to these changes. Include detailed answers to the following
questions in your essay:
What kind of economic gap will start to occur (inflationary or recessionary)?

What would be the likely impact on the government budget and national debt of the use of these fiscal policy tools?
Assume that in a hypothetical country, coal mining is a significant
industry, hiring a high proportion of that country’s workforce.
Describe, in a short essay inserted below this question, how a
significant decline in coal mining, as the country attempts to switch to
environmentally safer production, can ripple through the entire
economy, and how the government can use fiscal policy tools to combat
such negative effects.

Must include a critical analysis of the normative human rights regime / discourses.
Must incorporate arguments critical of the normative human rights regime, relying upon the works of Karl Marx, Samuel Moyn, Costas Douzinas, Wendy Brown, and other academics who adopt a critical view of the normative human rights discourses. Must also tie in the work of Carl Schmitt, particularly his critique of liberalism, as the lens from which to establish the critique of the normative human rights regime. Must also include a rehabilitative strand, relying perhaps on the work of Chantal Mouffe, Ernesto Laclau (agonism), as a way to overcome the limitations of the normative human rights regime.
Must use MLA citation.
Must use the 30 page paper titled “A Critique of Human Rights Ideology” (attached) as the base, upon which to further develop / build / refine argument.
Must NOT be plagiarized and all sources must be cited appropriately.

Analysis of Personality

Description: These 6 sections of this paper requires that you analyze this subject using a variety of personality theories. Each analysis will constitute one section of your paper. Each section will start on a new page, will be labeled with the name of the theorist, and should be about 1-1/2 typed pages (double spaced) in length. Each section should be written in the third person (that is, don’t refer to yourself by using “I”, “we”, “our”, etc.) and should apply a theory to the life of the subject (rather than just summarizing the theory itself). In each section, you will be learning something new about your subject, something that might contradict an earlier section.

literary analysis essay of Ronald Dahl’s short story “A Sound of Thunder.”

SHORT STORY ESSAY
—————————————
– This is a 5 paragraph formatting essay
– This is a literary analysis essay of Ronald Dahl’s short story “A Sound of Thunder.”
– There should be no usage of personal pronouns such as I, me, myself, we, and so on.
– I’ve already written my introduction, but not the three body paragraphs or the conclusion. I also have a thesis in there, which I will post down below.

THESIS:
—————-
( In “A Sound of Thunder”, Ronald Dahl employs theme and characterization to reveal the story’s situational, verbal and dramatic irony. )

INTRODUCTION:
————————-
(Could one’s a caring wife, for whom they have shared their love and devotion, disguise her true character and vindictiveness in a methodical act of cold-hearted vengeance, without putting herself at risk by murdering her beloved husband? This occurred in the case of Roald Dahl’s 1953 short story titled “Lamb to the Slaughter ” which revolves around the murder of detective Patrick Maloney committed by his 6-months pregnant wife, Mary Maloney. Roald Dahl has always been known for his dark, mysterious and twisted stories such as “Lamb to The Slaughter”. Most of his work is praised and includes a lot of unknown backgrounds and motivation with exciting characters and their engaging way of changing the plot. Mary Maloney was described as a happy and peaceful woman with a golden heart and deep love for her husband, trying to please him to get his affection and love. The story takes place on what first seemed to have been a normal evening, with Mary happy and anxious to cook supper for her husband and hear about his day. However, Mary Maloney’s life gets turned upside down all in the matter minutes after her husband who she has loved from the bottom of his heart, brings deviated news which leads to an uproar of events. In “A Sound of Thunder”, Ronald Dahl employs theme and characterization to reveal the story’s situational, verbal and dramatic irony. Within that, The author demonstrates how betrayal can quickly undermine a person’s appearance to their true nature, and how devotion can easily evolve into violence. )
