module 4 delivery

There are many aspects of delivery to think about and pay attention to when presenting a speech. First, there is the general goal; to inform, to persuade, or to entertain. Second, you will want to pay attention to non-verbal movements such as gestures, vocal cues (paralinguistics), body language (Kinesics), Space and distance (Proxemics). You want to think about vocal cues, vocal variety and control, pitch, volume, rate, articulation, verbal filler words, and dialect. Your appearance, attire, posture, eye contact, and confidence are key factors. Choose one item from the above delivery techniques and share something you have learned about this technique.
