Week 6 – Assignment: Literature Review Rough Draft
Due Sunday
Submit Assignment: Literature Review Rough Draft
Throughout this course (and EDUC 573B) you will complete sections of your final paper. One of the most important results of this process will be a deeper understanding how professionals can positively influence the development of young children.
Various resources you have found will help you evaluate curriculum activities to advance all areas of children’s development and learning, including social, emotional, intellectual, physical, spiritual, and aesthetic competence. Likewise, others will help you contemplate how you will evaluate relationships with children and create plans to implement developmentally appropriate techniques of guidance and group management.
Chapter 2 Section of your Final Paper – Articulating Theory
This section of your paper comes right after Clarifying Vision and Target and includes your literature review.
Your literature review will be the largest part of this chapter and should be 15–20 pages in length.
While you are submitting your literature review as a rough draft this week, it should be added to, and revised throughout courses EDUC 573A and EDUC 573B to have the best, and most up to date literature possible.
Read the Literature Review Guidelines Click for more options Literature Review Guidelines – Alternative Formats for a complete description and list of criteria.
Note: The entire Chapter 2 Section should be 25–30 pages in length. In addition to the literature review, it will include a summary of your literature review, a description of the relationship to the target, and a proposed solution. It will be completed in EDUC 573B.
Support your statements with evidence from the Required Studies and your research. Cite and reference your sources in APA style.
Although each section will be graded for its current content, you may need to add more details as you continue with your final paper. An exemplary final paper will include the addition of more details and resources as more sections come together.
