Your paper should contain the following:
Introduction: Give a brief overview of the paper and introduction to the article and topics listed below.

Engagement and Job Satisfaction: Review the article, “Sustaining employee engagement and job satisfaction.” Reflect on the author’s ideas about employee engagement initiatives, job satisfaction, and organizational culture. What implications do the authors’ findings have on human relations in the workplace? What significance do you see to those in Management and Human Resources in terms of employee engagement and job satisfaction? What connections do you see between this article and the textbook ideas on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational culture (i.e., does it align, offer different perspectives, dive deeper into understanding)? Explain your answers with supporting details from the article and textbook.
Conclusion: Reflect on the article. Briefly summarize what you learned from the article and how you might apply that knowledge to your future in the workplace. How might you apply the information from this article to your profession and/or future profession as a manager or HR personnel? Explain.
