In this paper, you will show the results of your research and analysis of leadership at the company Hydro Flask.
Specifically, under separate headings, you will:
• Describe the current state of this O.B. topic at the organization.
• Apply relevant theories and principles of O.B. to:
o Identify the strengths of the current state.
o Identify at least one aspect of the current state that could be strengthened.
o Recommend what the organization can do to enhance or improve this aspect.
At least two sources on the current state of leadership at Hydro Flask and two on a sources on leadership and the role it
plays within a work enviroment. The sources must be a book, journal, or article. Wikipedia, an encyclopedia, and a
dictionary are not acceptable sources for this paper.
