(List an area, or multiple areas, of the law that you plan to cover, and your reasoning for same) – I would like to use Tenant Rights Law
D. Operations

(Location, staffing, technology, and your reasoning for same)
E. General Strategy for Success

(What makes your firm different/unique/attractive to clients?)
III. Prospective Clients A. Competitive Analysis

(Use and cite valid, reliable resources)
B. Market Strategy

(What is your implementation plan?)
IV. Financial Plan and Projections
• This should be a general description – no spreadsheets or financial statements are needed
• Describe projected revenues from whatever your fee structure may be (such as use of evergreen retainers, flat fees, certain hourly rates, discounts, unbundling, etc.)
• Describe three other sources of funds that you intend to seek in addition to fee revenues
