Ethical Analysis of Vaccine Administration

Please help me improve or rewrite this outline (see uploaded file) for an important Bio-Ethics Essay. The topic given to us goes like this:

Generally, you are identifying and providing (with citations & attachments) all of the rules, laws, and guidance as to when is it ethically appropriate to (a) offer and administer (e.g., voluntary, by informed consent) a vaccine AND (b) mandate administration of (police power/force, not simply offer) a vaccine? At the very least, you must provide and cite the minimum thresholds regarding the (i) Pathogen [e.g., contagiousness, virulence, prevalence, and other available treatments which would limit/reduce contagion]; (ii) Vaccine [e.g., effectiveness, and safety]; as well as (iii) Society valuation of personal rights versus collective / societys rights. You will likely need to develop a matrix as well as using versions of the chart provided to you. It is imperative that each and every sub-issue must have a clearly identified minimum threshold with an explicit citation showing the source of such threshold as applying to the Philippines.

Please let me know if you need more information about this topic so I can further elaborate and add some preferred sources or references. Thank you.

Extreme Skiing Company, a company that specializes in ski trips, offers a heli-skiing trip that involves a helicopter ride to a remote mountain slope. The price of $1,000 per person, which includes hotel, meals, and helicopter transportation, is advertised in a skiing magazine. In response to the advertisement, Allyson calls Extreme Skiing and agrees over the telephone that she and Matthias will join the trip. Extreme Skiings representative says he will mail the enrollment forms to Allyson and Matthias. Allyson agrees that she and Matthias will meet the trip operators at the hotel the day before the trip. Two weeks before the trip date, Allyson and Matthias receive and complete the enrollment forms. They mail the forms back to Extreme Skiing along with the payment price. These are received by the company one week before the trip.

Allyson and Matthias go to the designated hotel the day before the trip. As they and the other eight participants assemble in the hotel lobby, the trip operators hand out forms entitled Standard Release and Waiver of Liability and ask each participant to sign one. The form states that ExtremeSkiing is not responsible for any losses or damages suffered by the participants for any reason, including negligence on the part of the company.
Allyson and Matthias are reluctant to sign the form but are told that unless they do so they will not be allowed to go on the trip. Finally, they sign the form. The next day, all the participants are taken by helicopter to the ski slope.
During the course of the ski trip, there is an avalanche and Allyson suffers a broken leg as a result. Matthias also loses all his ski equipment. An investigation reveals that there had been an avalanche warning about the area into which the participants were flown, and that Extreme Skiing ought to have been aware of this warning.

Environmental Health

The relationship between the environment and physical health is both dynamic and complex. From the air you breathe, to the water you drink, the food you eat, and the physical environment where you reside, each day your life is touched by environmental factors. In fact, most current models describing our determinants of health integrate the impact of the environment on our health and well-being. Furthermore, best practices in the area of health promotion and prevention incorporate an ecological component.
Local and state health departments, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local and state legislature, as well as federal agencies strive to identify and mitigate environmental health threats within the nation. In this forum, you will delve into a selected environmental health concern in order to identify the impact of that issue on the health of the population. Additionally, you will explore specific health policy initiatives and regulatory statutes which serve to protect the public and reduce the risk of diseases related to environmental health issues.
Upon successful completion of the course material, you will be able to:
Discuss the impact of the environment on population health status.
Identify health-related policies and legislative regulations designed to enhance health and minimize the risk of disease within the
population.

Criminal law and film

Paper (25% percent of final grade) Each student will write an 8-10 page paper analyzing films containing important themes or questions involving the American legal system. The paper must draw on the theoretical materials presented in the linked textbook readings, additional readings assigned, class discussion, as well as outside research such as case law, journal articles, or law review articles. I must approve the paper topic.

The following list contains examples:
Do films understand lawyers?
The Impact of Legal Movies on How the Public Perceives the Judicial System
A Few Questions to Ponder for Papers/Presentations in Lawyers and Film:
1. What legal point(s) is the film making and does it make that point(s) well? How does the film emphasize its point(s) about lawyers and the legal system?
2. How are the lawyers in the film portrayed? (litigators, counselors, heroes, villains, etc.) Are the portrayals authentic or unrealistic?
3. How does the films portrayal of the certain events compare and contrast with actual historical events? For example, does Inherit The Wind accurately portray the Scopes Monkey Trial as demonstrated in the historical documentary?
4. What are the examples of justice being served or not being served?
5. Is there tension between what the law demands and what justice requires?
6. Was the judicial/legal process just or unjust?
7. What are the social, political, and cultural messages encoded in the film and how do we interpret those messages?
8. As a result of watching the film, what have you learned about lawyers and the legal process?
9. What recommendation(s) would you make to improve the judicial system/lawyers?
Discuss these questions in your paper, as you integrate the film, the text, the articles, and the legal cases.
Use 12 point font. All papers are due Thursday of the final week. Late papers will be discounted 50 points.
A papers will be analytical, integrate the course materials, and have a Bibliography. B papers will discuss the issues analytically. C papers will be merely competent. D papers will not be competent. F papers will be short, uninspiring, and a waste of your time and mine.
Poor grammar, spelling, and punctuation will result in a lowered grade. College-level writing is required.
