Stock Market Efficiency

True, False, or Uncertain? Discuss!
“The US stock market is efficient.”
In preparing to contribute to this discussion, you should first think about what is it that the market is supposed to do efficiently. Having identified what it means to say that the market is efficient, consider the observable (or empirical) implications of stock market efficiency. Is real world data or observation consistent with these implications?

Try to have the bulk of your references be from the chapter itself. Please let me know of any questions, and thank you!
(This is for the class Human Resources Management, so the cases are from that perspective)

Employer’s moral right to surprise drug test employees

For this assignment, I don’t need a cover page or any headings. Use atleast one Source from the book ( Even though the source is out dated) please use itwhen responding to the question below. The sources are the articles in Chapter . Cite APA 7th edition style. Answer the question* after reading Chapter 7 in Ethical issues in Professional LIfe – Joan Callahan and respond in your own words using the sources in Chapter 7.

Your answer should support my idea that companies don’t have moral right to use suprise drug tests.

Things to think about while creating the project

The language of rights is second nature to most English-speaking people.
We’re always ready to assert some right, usually to get our way. Rights do
often conflict, and resolving a rights-conflict is not always an easy or a neat
thing. Think about conflicting rights as you respond to the prompt below.

Question* – Answer after reading Chapter 7.

Do employers have a moral right to use surprise urine tests on (all, some
of) their employees to check for drug use? Defend your
answer.

What is love? How do you personally define it?

These are content question from chapters 7 & 8
When answering these questions you may only use the textbook as a reference. I will be listing summary screenshots of both chapters below for reference. If you need more references from the chapters or a particular section please let me know.

Chapter 7
7a) In Chapter 7 of our textbook, the authors describe how difficult it can be to define love. Take a few minutes to answer the following:
What is love? How do you personally define it?
Is it possible to love more than one person in a lifetime? More than one person at a time?
Is jealousy a natural part of a love relationship? Is it healthy?
Saul Bellow said, “In expressing love, we belong among the undeveloped countries.” Do you agree or disagree? What would a “developed” expression of love look like?
7b) Next, I want you to take some time to reflect on communication in relationships:
How much does technology help you communicate with those you love (including your romantic partner if you have one)?
How can technology impede communication?
Watch this video and reflect on how its lesson might be applied in your own life.

Chapter 8
This question is based on material from Chapter 8. You need to answer this question in a minimum of five (5) complete and grammatically correct sentences.
