This paper will argue in favor of legalizing the dog breed Pitbulls as they are a product of their
environment. If possible please mention Miami Dade county’s law.
I have provided some helpful documents from previous assignment that led up to this research paper.
The document “Initial Proposal Research” is really helpful to understand my topic so please read 🙂

Fear, Guilt,and Revenge

Fear is being afraid of someone or something; Guilt is taking responsibility for a crime, or an
imagined crime, and then after doing something wrong being left with an awful feeling and
taking the blame; Revenge is the act of inflicting hurt or harm as payback. In each of the stories
listed below, a character is traumatized by fear, revenge, and/or guilt leading to unfortunate
consequences.
· Cask of Amontillado, Poe
· Lamb to the Slaughter, Roald Dahl
· Tell Tale Heart, Poe
· The Black Cat, Poe
· Annabel Lee, Poe
Consider how a character’s situation from one of stories, which revolved around the feeling of FEAR,
GUILT, OR REVENGE, reminds you of a similar situation of your own (or that of someone you know)
WHO was involved, WHAT was the situation, WHERE did it occur, WHEN did it happen, WHY did you
feel that way, or make someone else feel that way, and HOW did you deal with it and move past it?

I want to relate to the tell tale heart. The times that I have felt guilty doing things I should not have done. One time I took my auts purple sweatshirt my aunt always said you can have anything you want as long as you ask for it. This time I took it with all the intentions of returning it. When I came back home I put the sweatshirt back. My aunt showed up in my dreams telling me “Why did you take it” “why didnt you ask.” I felt so bad I went to her the next day to confess.

Reflexive commentary on leading a community centre in Edinburgh to support Ukrainian families displaced by the war in Ukraine

2. Intro (set the scene, and main point being ‘why you?’)
Something about facilitating change with young people and play
Refer to policy, eg. related to funding, local and national.
Rationale, eg. wellbeing indicators, risk and resilience matrix
Evidence why this would be a positive thing (like teachers reporting stress from disruption – this recognises the ‘teacher as person’ and would have a ripple effect on classroom culture)
Paragraph on government policy – ie. support for Ukranians, importance of community centres.
Then, you as a leader of this. What sort of leader would you be? Previous experience can be included, but I think this is where they also want you to talk about being person-centred.
3. Narrative – about you, bring in theories and evidence
4. Conclusion – how to evaluate this?

1. Appy a theory, concept or principle of person-centred leadership
2. Outline the contribution of your leadership to health and wellbeing for self and others
3. They want you to think about person-centred practice, evidence generation (ie. how would you gather evidence that your proposal is working?) and promotion of health and wellbeing culture. This could be the Ripple thing on p7 of the assignment outline?
4. You could include experience, journals, policy papers, legislation, professional standards. Show that you understand them and how you would apply them to practice.
5. Understand development of self and others via facilitating learning, and via leadership
6. Examine person-centred leadership and its potential to transform practice
7. Appraise/evaluate evidence, and its role in practice and policy development
8. Devise person-centred approaches for health and wellbeing working with others.
9. Reflexive discourse on being a person-centred practitioner and leader.
(Identify significant moments of learning, and talk about why reflection on person-centred practice is important.)
10. Include ‘assets’ such as: Reflexive notes or blog on significant moments of learning, Group learning activities, Concept maps, Diagrams, Voice recordings, Photos of drawings, paintings or collages, Mapping (cross-referencing) to professional standards – ie. outline some key points of a relevant professional standard and annotate it with how your proposal corresponds.
11. Include a statement of confidentiality.

the future of theatre: will it die? will it grow?

Need to use the plays attached a bit from the textbook (also attached) and write about the future of theatre:

Topic: The Future of Theatre: will it die? Or how will it grow?
Consider the history of theatre (textbook chapter 12) that we’ve read about in this class, along with all the plays attached. If theatre is a live community event revolving around storytelling, societal reflection, entertainment, and an exchange of culture and ideas; then how do you think theatre will grow (evolve) in the coming years to stay alive? Or will it die out?

4 pages, double spaced, 12pt font, Times New Roman.
For this essay you need to cultivate a strong opinion about your given topic. The point of this essay is to convince the reader of your point of view by stating your opinion and backing it up with references and logic. Simply put: “what do you think, why do you think it, and why should I feel the same way?”

(I’d like to have the paper staying theatre will grow and stay alive)

Also if you’ve seen the movie Hamilton and could use that as a reference in addition to a few of the plays I attach, that would be great. Or even using an online article saying how successful the Hamilton play was.

Field Research

The Task

Arrange for an interview with someone who works in an organizational setting that houses the professional role you identified in your Professional Development Plan. The interviewee can be someone who currently holds the professional role you are seeking or someone who is familiar with that role in the organization. (This will be the basic approach for your Proposal. Include the selected date for the interview and details of the interviewee and why you chose this person).

Conduct the thorough face-to-face interview at the work setting (remote interview will be accepted too). Arrange, if possible, to have your interviewee introduce you to the professional work context. Write a summary of your observations and of the information and impressions you obtained. Use the following questions to facilitate starting your interview:

What are the organization’s overall goals, roles, processes and structures?
What role does the interviewee perform for the organization?
What is his/her history with the organization?
How would he/she describe the organizational climate and its impact on their performance of the role?
What challenges should a new person in the organization expect to in their First 90 days in their role?
What does your interviewee recommend for you as you aspire to obtain the professional role identified in your Professional Development Plan?
What specific readings would he/she recommend to you?
What are your impressions of this particular work setting? In what ways is it typical, and atypical, of work settings for this role?

In addition to summarizing the information obtained from your observations and interview, your paper should 1) discuss implications for your professional development plan and 2) include an analysis of how the internal climate and conditions may challenge you if you were to obtain a professional position in this organization. The paper should be about 4-5 pages, double spaced.

Evaluation Criteria (This will be a rubric)

Quality of the Interview: Was the person you chose to interview appropriate for your professional interests? Were you able to obtain relevant information about the professional role you want to pursue?
Insight: Does your analysis help you to clarify your understanding of the
professional role you want to pursue? Do you offer useful reflections about

how you would need to adapt to the climate and professional role in this

organization?

Clarity: Is the paper well-organized, easy to follow and clearly written? Has
the paper been proofed effectively?
