Please respond to the following discussion questions provided.
“Discuss the meaning of the term “integrated monitoring.” In addition, explain the primary reason that project managers monitor project work activities?”

“The process of gender stereotyping continues through childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. [Also], gender stereotyping involves expectations about how people should behave based on their gender” (Pg. 416). It probably isn’t hard for us to figure out that parents, peers and culture are the biggest influences that socialize children into their gender roles. Parents, peers and culture are the role models that children follow throughout their formative years.

After you have read “Traditional Gender-Role Stereotypes over the Lifespan”, and watched the video “Big Think Interview With Lise Eliot”, provide the requested information below and/or answer the following questions in paragraph form. (a) Explain whether you feel that children should be guided by social expectations in regard to what toys they play with or should they be allowed to explore on their own regarding their individual preferences? A formal research paper of 6-9 pages (double spaced, standard margins, size
12 Times New Roman or equivalent font), in addition to a bibliography, due via the assignment drop
box on Nexus by April 12th at 23:00. (To be clear, this means that there should be at a minimum 6 full
pages of text, in addition to a bibliography, an appendix for images if necessary, etc, which do not count
towards the pagecount.) Please use footnotes for your citations (rather than endnotes or in-text
citations). You need a minimum of five secondary sources. These must be academic books, journal articles, and other
such peer-reviewed publications. Though academic book reviews are acceptable secondary sources, they

Black Lives Matter has been called the largest civil movement in U.S. history. Since 2013, local BLM chapters have formed nationwide to demand accountability for the killings of dozens of African Americans by police and others. Since the summer of 2020, when tens of millions in the U.S. and around the world marched under the “Black Lives Matter” slogan to protest a Minneapolis police officer’s murder of George Floyd, the movement has risen to a new level of prominence, funding and scrutiny.

What do you see as the future of the movement calling for freedom and justice for African Americans? What are the issues? What do you feel are some solutions?

It used to be thought that children were like little adults, but subsequent research in developmental psychology has revealed that children act, feel, and think differently than adults. Developmental processes shape our behavior, emotions, and thinking. Because development tends to be a gradual process, it can sometimes be difficult to fully appreciate these forces until we actively examine them.

In this discussion, you are asked to compare and contrast concepts covered in Module 9 (Development) materials (text readings, videos, and other materials) in adult and children to outline the developmental course of these concepts.

Think back to when you were a 7-year-old child. How did you think, feel, and act differently then than you do now?
