Report on a case study in infection control

Write a report that outlines the IPC recommendations and challenges that to be overcome to keep virus negative residents and staff free from infection. Give a full picture of the range of IPC considerations needed.

PLEASE NOTE, this task is NOT asking to talk about COVID-19, but about a NEW respiratory virus, using the lessons that have been learned from the COVID-19 pandemic. In other words, knowing what we know now, what should be done in RACFs next time a novel respiratory virus emerges? and what difficulties will be encountered?

“race”

You will be writing about the topic of “race”.

You will be required to incorporate a minimum of three in-text citations
(specific examples) from the Stephen J. Gould article (article 8) and to also utilize a minimum of another
three in-text citations (specific examples) from the Marvin Harris article (article 9). Furthermore, you
will also be expected to cite at least three examples from the video. Therefore, in total you must

1. In the first half of your paper, you will be discussing nine examples (three from the Gould
reading, three from the Harris reading and three from the film), discussing why
anthropologists view the belief that the human population is divisible into biologically
distinct, separate races is a problem. You need to discuss the evidence that most of today’s
anthropologists use to argue that there is just one single human race, rather than separate
human races from a biological standpoint. Or, to put it another way, you need to discuss why
most anthropologists today consider the belief that there are separate human “races” as
biologically false. Instead, there is, from a biological perspective, only one human race. In
order to do this you will be using the nine examples you have chosen from the two articles
and the film.
2. However, in the second half of your paper you will be discussing why you believe that the
concept of “race” and the socially popular view that humans do actually form separate human
races (even though most scientists today argue the opposite) is still widely accepted in our
society today. Unlike the first half of this assignment, the second half of the paper is going to
be largely based on your own observations, thoughts and experiences. And you can
definitely refer to your own life experiences when writing up the second part of this paper.1. In the first half of your paper, you will be discussing nine examples (three from the Gould

Leadership development & Networking

This week you have explored Future Trends in Nursing Practice and some of the organizations and reports that are influencing how the nursing profession educates nurses so they have the knowledge to serve on teams that are transforming how we delivery patient care. These trends, organizations, and reports also inform the nursing profession that nurses need to participate on a local, state, and federal level in designing policies that impact the delivery of health care.

Review the AONL website and discuss what you have identified as the best practices and competencies for nursing leadership. Include the outcomes you would expect to see from using this. Include in your posting comments why you think this leadership style is best practice and how it can impact leading health teams to transform health care delivery and improve patient outcomes.

The Negative Effects of Social Media on Mental Health

Attached is the draft of the paper, but it needs to be reworked. There are sources on the 2 page handout that is attached. The draft paper is attached with sources on it as well. Please try your best to keep the sources as recent as possible. I also will connect some feedback the instructor has given me thus far.
Additionally, the research is being done via a survey that I deployed. A PowerPoint that is attached will have all of the research data. The survey was created using Qualtrics via Howard University. It was given to people over the age of 18.

Please let me know if you need anything, thanks a million!
