The strategies employed by airlines in the aviation industry are constantly evolving to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer demands. In light of this, analyse with a report of 1,000 words the relevance of the full-service network carrier model in the present-day market and examines how full-service airlines have responded to the growing competition from low-cost and leisure airlines. Industry-specific examples, KPIs, and graphs should support the report to enhance the quality of the analysis.

To assist in your investigation, answer the following questions and provide your thoughts on how this case could have been solved by law enforcement.
Give a synopsis and summary of the Allen case
Who are the victims of this crime, and what laws may have been broken?
What are all the different social media, emails, and communication means that Suspect Tom Zonis used?
Based on this type of crime, what are all the electronic devices that you may want to search for evidence for?
What are the different types of evidence that you want to present to a jury? (ie. calls, images)
Are there any residential and businesses you want to search?
How can you search these places and devices? Do you need a search warrant or subpoena?
Is the victim Courtney Allen partially to blame for this crime? How does her behavior or actions affect the successful prosecution of this case?
Who are all the persons you would want to interview in this case? What does the list of potential witnesses and suspects look like?

Does he have to cooperate with law enforcement? Can he refuse to cooperate with investigators?
Do you think this case deserves a prison sentence for the guilty person? Whats a fair and appropriate punishment for this type of crime?
Should online companies make it easier for victims to erase these images, and what responsibility do they have as a business?
How does local law enforcement address this problem, and how do they tackle this growing problem with no jurisdictional limits?
Remember in this assignment, I am looking for your analysis of this investigation and your opinion on how we can better serve the victims of these crimes.

We rely on mental shortcuts to simplify the work around us, which means we rely on stereotypes to make decisions in the workplace. Everyone tends to fall into performance bias traps. What steps can we take to remove these biases in the workplace?
