A). Since September 11th, 2001 there has been a debate about how to handle those suspected or charged with terrorism.
First, how is terrorism defined? Should we treat terrorists as a criminal and send them through the United States legal system? Or should we label them as an “enemy combatant” and send them to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba?
