Fully explain the factor under discussion and relate it to your chosen
cases; fully demonstrate how it contributes to the cases under discussion. ( i will attach the three cases for the discussion)

Conduct a thorough analysis of any factor that contributes to wrongful conviction.
• Review and discuss multiple cases (the use of 3 cases is suggested) where this factor is present
and how it is directly contributed to the individuals’ wrongful convictions.
• Do not simply give a synopsis of the cases.
• Demonstrate that you thoroughly understand what your chosen factor is and how it is
instrumental in creating and contributing to wrongful convictions in general.
