My persona needs to be based on the geriatric population. My patient is 72 year old, history of hypertension, COPD, and CHF, non-compliant with meds, at home with his wife, works every day in a mechanic shop. Cannot afford to take off of work. Has had recent labs that show his HDL and LDL are out of range and he is now experiencing some SOB without exertion and is having some mild angina that he has chalked up to heartburn.
