You are a department manager of a group of 15 people. Your department is
facing multiple issues that need to be addressed in the near future.
You know that creative problem solving techniques would be helpful to
the department as you work through the issues. Make a proposal to your
manager that justifies your development of a creative problem solving
training program for your department.

The proposal should include:
A background/overview of creative problem solving.
The benefits of creative problem solving.
A detailed outline of the tools and techniques that would be included in the training.
A schedule with the amount of time required for each training element.
Any resources needed for the training.

Part B: Training Materials
Your manager has approved the proposal you wrote for Part I. Now you
must develop the training materials. Create a PowerPoint presentation
with detailed notes for each slide that you would use for the department
training.

Detailed notes for each slide: 100–150 words per notes page (7–10 pages)
