For milestone one, you will provide a brief statement of the patient’s scenario from the Milestone one assignment. Remember to include any revisions if required for milestone one instructor feedback. This next section includes the identified teaching areas related to the mHealth app. These three teaching areas are meant to improve patient outcomes. The information to be taught to the patient should include information about the mHealth app, safety guidelines and how to interpret and act on the information that is provided. Cite your source when appropriate, and remember to use bullet points online. Bullet points are not full sentences and should clearly describe the point without a sentence or ending punctuation. Notice the bullet points using my example based on this scenario used in milestone one. This next section is the evaluation section.
