opportunities.

analysis, develop a cultural competency improvement plan for your organization
based on one of the models described in The Need for Cultural Competency in

brief for leadership, recommend actions your organization should take to
increase diversity and cultural competence and to eliminate healthcare
disparities.
Support your perspective using evidence-based
information from at least 3 authoritative sources. Follow APA general format (Links to an external site.). Instead of
an abstract, begin with a short (1-2 paragraph) executive summary of your key
findings and recommendations. Cite your sources on a references page.
Note: If your current position does not allow you to accurately
answer the questions, interview a knowledgeable person from human resources or
your leadership team.
