Discuss about professional development in mindset and the impact it has on increasing teacher self-effiacy.

I need to incorporate three things in this lit review:
1-Professional development- non traditional, small voluntary groups, one one one coaching opportunities, embedded professional development too.
2- Mindset- Carol Dweck’s work and the idea that positive mindset makes a difference in the work we do and how we approach problems.
3- teacher efficacy or self efficacy. An individual’s believe that they can do something well. NOT to be mistaken for collective efficacy. This is individual efficacy.
