What leadership will you provide to the profession at a local or global perspective? What is the knowledge, skills, and competencies you will obtain to achieve this future state? Your paper should be at least seven (7) paragraphs long (each paragraph should have at least five [5] sentences). The first paragraph should be the introduction, the next five (5) should be the body, and the last paragraph should be the conclusion.
You must follow APA regarding citations with references (Please ensure to include at least four (4) citations with references to support your claims). Please use 12 font and check for grammar and spelling errors.
Each page of your paper should have a running head including your title page (see pg. 51 in your APA manual 7th edition). Your title page should only have the title, your name and the name of the college you attend (along with the running head as page 1). Your references should be on a separate page following the conclusion and should have a list of references that correspond to each citation in your paper (see pg. 66 in your APA manual).
