I took the MBTI test on humanmetrics.com and my personality is an ISFJ type so just write about that personality type and follow the instructions.
To help this process, you need to research information on personality types – especially as it applies to team-building and individual work styles. (We’ll discuss it more in Chapter 6.) There are several websites that have different versions of the test and information on it, such as humanmetrics.com (used in this week’s discussion), personalitytype.com, myersbriggs.org, and keirsey.com. Facebook also has a decent MBTI test, but they don’t show you how strong your preferences are like the human metrics site.

This is what is due: each person will write their own Executive Summary and submit this in MS Word:
Reminder for Executive Summaries
Maximum of 2 pages (front and back of one page). Deductions for less than 1.5 pages.
Single-spaced with a blank line between paragraphs.
12 pt font with 1-inch borders.
Introduction (excite the reader), body, and conclusion (wraps up what you said).
If your Executive Summary needs a title (this does not) you would put it in the margin.
Make sure you spell check (Grammarly.com).
