After reading the assigned article on IPV and COVID-19 by Kaukinen, C. (2020), discuss the specific factors involved when working with an individual who is a victim of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and note how those factors were impacted by the pandemic.
Most of the IPV research focuses on women victims. Make a case for the possibility that men are victims too, providing how you would approach care for a male victim of IPV. Or, make a case, with support, for why some people may believe that men are not victims.
