Does the essay demonstrate a sufficient understanding of the readings and accurately represent the authors’ ideas?

Your task
Reflect on the impact of technology in the world around you, and evaluate its consequences. Finally, consider the impact of this information on your own identity. From this analysis, create your own claim in relation to the topic “Technology, identity and world view.”
Then, synthesize the information from the sources as well as your reflection, other readings, etc., and incorporate it into a coherent, well-developed argument for your own position on this topic, and support it through various examples to show why people should accept your ideas. Remember that your essay should incorporate the perspective of world view, as this is the guiding theme related to the unit.
Your argument should be the focus of your essay. You have to use all the required sources, and other information to develop your argument and explain the reasoning for it. Avoid merely summarizing the sources. Indicate clearly which sources you are drawing from, whether through direct quotation, paraphrase or summary. In the draft of your essay, you need to highlight your claim in blue, your counter claim in red and your rebuttal to your counter claim in green.
To help with your reflection, the following sources have been provided for your perusal.
Important note:
You may not copy and paste from any assignment such as your quote analysis, reaction paper, etc., but should use the information to support your claim. Although some sources may be optional, you may want to use them in order to improve your ideas.
All readings should be duly cited.
