*What importance does motivation play in the classroom? How will you keep your students motivated and engaged? Choose one subject/learning topic and explain how you will use motivation to increase student learning in that subject/topic.
*Describe classical OR operant conditioning. How is this type of learning applicable in your classroom? Give an example and describe in detail.
*What is the importance of motives and goals in the classroom? What does this have to do with self-efficacy and self-esteem? As a teacher, describe in detail how you use these to increase student learning.

*Explain in detail how classroom management can either enhance or hinder student learning. Give examples.
*Explain the importance of daily routines. How would you set up your daily schedule (give an example)? Why did you choose this order of activities?
*Explain what appropriateness, sequencing, and complexity has to do with successful student learning. Give examples.
*As a teacher, what can you do in your planning and setting up of your class environment to assist students in their learning?
*How do you monitor your own behavior to accomplish teaching tasks (lesson plans, setting up classroom, grading, giving feedback, etc) so that you have a productive and positive learning experience – for yourself as well as your students?
