Kouzes and Posner (2017) conclude their book with the idea, “Leadership is not an affair of the head. Leadership is an affair of the heart” (p. 313). How does this idea correlate with Drew Dudley’s ideas in “Everyday Leadership”? [As always, be sure to use specific examples from the video and our readings.]
