Select an event and provide a comprehensive overview and analysis, describing it’s purpose, economic and community impact. Your paper should include the following:

Producer/Organizer
Who is the organization(s) that plans and executes the event?
Are they corporate, association, SMERF, Non-Profit, Government, etc.
Event History – provide a brief synopsis of the history of the event and it’s growth or decline
Business objective of event – define the core business objective and describe how this event helps the organization? (revenue, seasonal attendance, gaining market share, direct sales, etc.)
Competition – who are their top 3 competitors?
Develop a SWOT analysis for your event

Exhibitors/Vendors
Sponsors – who are the sponsors and how does sponsoring the event help them?
Economic Impact – describe the economic impact to the organization and to the city or location where it is held (6 sectors: transportation, lodging, F&B, attractions, entertainment, and shopping)
Macro environmental factors – describe how the following factors impact this event.
Competitive forces
Economic factors
Political factors (legislation and legal considerations)
Natural factors (weather)
Demographic factors
Cultural factors
Technology
Unique Features – describe what makes this event unique and helps it differentiate itself from competitors.
Risk Management
List all applicable factors from a risk management standpoint that need to be considered.
Security – describe the security efforts the event undertakes to maintain safety.
COVID 19 – how is this current situation impacting the event?
What would you do differently? – if this was your event what would you suggest to improve it?
