I would highly want to recommend a nurse doing it for me,i have included all the documents you need to complete it. I came to find out her admitting diagnosis is DKA (Diabetic ketoacidosis), so if you could please base it on that, that would be great. Next, when explaining her medical history, of each one please explain a brief summary of each and how it could have related to DKA. For the cultural considerations, she has a good amount of information told to us from the case but for the economic stability, education and etc , please pertain it to being for the african american rase, so for example does the race have a good economic stability for their demographics, does thisrace graduate from school usually and ect. and site pls, and do that for each one. Next for the pt education, medical management and transfer/referals discharge, pls pertain it all to DKA. For the labs, in the abnormal area, please explain how its abnormal, what it means, and how it pertains to DKA. For the meds, on the case study at the bottom, it shows all the meds she is taking, for the indication, pls talk about what we are giving it for (like for which disease or med history shes taking it for). The rest is self explanatory, if you need help, pls tell me.
