Explain why employees quit their jobs/ high turnover rate – solely focused on the following reason: Lack of career advancement opportunities / Lack of career growth / Lack of career development.

This is a group research paper practicum. My portion focuses on people leaving their jobs due to lack of career advancement opportunities/ lack of career growth / lack of career development in the country (USA) and if there’s any research for the rio grande valley (Texas).
