Explain why someone telling us to do something we were already doing (or planning on doing) kill our motivation?

Write a Toulmin Argument one of my annoyance which is Why does someone telling us to do something we were already doing (or planning on doing) kill our motivation? and why they feel to have to remind you all the time.

The purpose of your argument is to persuade people who engage in the annoying behavior to reconsider and possibly stop doing it. Persuade means that you do not call them names or use language or a tone that alienates them. Moreover, with them as your audience, strive to use support, including examples, that they value or put credence in.

THE STRUCTURE

If you are not sure how to begin the argument, use the Classical/Traditional argument guide in Ch. 1 (the four pillars of argument—page 24) as a planning tool and then expand and revise from there to include the additional elements that go with Toulmin.
