For your final project in this class you will be writing a grant proposal for a nonprofit of your choosing. For this current assignment in Module 3, please write a 3-5 page section paper that includes:
1. A clear and elaborate statement of the goals, objectives, and outcomes relevant to the program/project.
* Clearly state the broad, visionary goal(s) of the program to be funded;
* Clearly state the SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound) objectives/outcomes of the program.
2. Demonstrate the linkage between the inputs (funding that is being sought) and the outcomes.
* You may use a logic model to demonstrate the input-output-outcome linkage;
3. Provide an evaluation plan for the proposed program. Determine the type of data evidence to show the outcomes; and briefly describe how the data evidence is to be collected.
