You will be required to watch the movie Hidden Figures and then write a three page paper. If you prefer, you may read the book, which has more details and is more factual. The movie is pretty accurate. There are some “Hollywood exaggerations.”
The paper must follow the following guidelines:
1) Three pages minimum
2) No larger than 12 pitch font and one inch margins
3) May use any writing style
4) Double spaced.
5) Address the science, history and culture presented in the movie. This is an open ended topic. You can write an opinion, argument, etc type of paper. Your opinion will not be graded. The content will be. For example, if you use the wrong name for one of the ladies, points will be taken off.
