How does Stevenson’s work reflect and subvert/challenge the attitudes of “typical” Victorian England?

A prevalent theme in The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is the idea of propriety, or “proper” behavior, and the duties which accompany this way of being. How does Stevenson’s work reflect and subvert/challenge the attitudes of “typical” Victorian England?

a. Keywords to consider include: propriety, honor (personal and professional), morality, loyalty, delicacy, secrecy, trust, the necessity of protecting one’s reputation, and duties of friendship.
b. Use secondary sources to establish what constitutes “typical” behavior, what “typical” Victorian England was actually like
c. Then take the novella and demonstrate how the text reflects and differs from the information you’ve found in your secondary sources.

In addition, you will need to use at least two secondary sources from the library databases and/or books/e-books. (I will provide these sources: Write my essay customer)
