Write a paper on Coaching and Mentoring Origins and Fundamentals.I am a Nurse in the NHS and I need a paper that reflects that I am experienced ( 4 years) and have had experience with mentoring. I am not trained in coaching formally before this.Coming out of covid, I have found myself informally coaching colleagues( not only nurses eg junior doctors , Physiotherapist etc) as a way of trying to give colleagues an outlet through this terrible pandemic. Since embarking on the course I have currently 3 coachees within my context and 1 outside my context, who is my brothers collegue( he works in IT, recently had a relationship breakdown and through my coaching with him, he wants to explore other passions.I use a set questions that I send to my coachees prior to each session to try and use the 1hour effectively, then use common action learning questions to explore their answers. I want the essay to follow the reflective cycle pinned by Rolfe and Freshwater ” What, So what Now what? The essay should follow this structure Introduction Each paragraph should introduce each learning outcome, provide evidence from current practice and theory and reflect on multiple perspectives.
