Find at least three sources (two must be academic/peer-review sources, the other may be reputable publications such as Harvard Business Review or websites such as SHRM.org). Your paper should include these headings:
Heading 1: Review of sources (what were the main points of view from the sources regarding your topic?). This section should be at least two pages in length.
Heading 2: Challenges/opportunities regarding this topic (summarize the impact of this topic in the workplace). This section should be at least one page in length.
Heading 3: Your thoughts/experiences regarding this topic, including new concepts/ideas you learned. This section includes a minimum of a summary paragraph.
You may select your topic based on one of your choosing, or you can review the sample topics** listed below and select one from the list. Note that sample topics also include sample sources that will be sent to you after submitting that topic.
