Since 1956, scientists have been working on the idea of artificial intelligence. Their goal is to get computers to operate in a manner similar to the human brain; to get computers to learn from experience. While it is sometimes concerning to think about (think Terminator, which is rooted in AI technology), there is a business application for this technology. AI is becoming more main stream today as businesses work to create a competitive advantage and set themselves apart from their competitors.

Identify a company and conduct further research into that company’s use of AI. (Given this topic, your research can focus on websites and the popular press instead of scholarly articles.)
Write a 2 page paper discussing this company and its use of AI covering the following points:
Describe the company and its product or service
Discuss the AI technology being used and how it is used
If available, discuss how the AI was implemented and any challenges they have encountered.
Discuss the impact AI has had on the workforce (loss of jobs, requiring new skills, etc.)
