This week we learned about the “Lean principles”, how this approach evolved and key elements including Kaizen, just in time guidelines, and how implementation of this mind-set has created efficiencies and productivity in the business world. Do some outside research and locate another company, other than the ones covered this week, that uses the Toyota Production Model. Provide an overview of the company, including when they implemented this system.
