Select an organization that interests you. It could be one to which you have a personal or professional connection; however, it is not required. Applying the SOAR approach, evaluate the organization and its potential for success in the future from the leadership perspective.
Write a 4-5-page assessment, dedicating at least half a page to each of the SOAR elements (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results). Provide background on the organization and explain how leaders could use this knowledge as they look to the future.
