Learning Styles

Please respond to the following discussion below:

I am curious to know how long it takes you to figure out your students’ learning styles? What if you look at students’ learning differently without having the notion of learning techniques in mind? Would you be able to meet their needs and interests? The ‘needs’ could be a combination of soft and hard skills.
My curiosity leading to questioning, would labeling learning or teaching styles limit my knowledge and potential growth as an educator because of only focusing on that element?
