MBA Dissertation
My MBA dissertation topic is not defined yet. You can
also suggest some global issues for the topic that you feel confident to
writing for.
(Once the dissertation topic is
defined, it only allows for the slightly change the topic.)
(I am a student at Hong Kong. So when you writing for the proposal and dissertation, please try to use the examples more international to make the less areal differentiation.)
Now, my only preference for the
dissertation writing topic is something about “Work from Home” (WFH).
WFH is the old school topic since the 90’s 00’s internet era coming. It say WFH
provide the employee’s good “working environment”, “work life
balance” and some other theories for that. Many people written this kind
of topics before. WFH is slightly acceptance by corporate and people but it
still not very common.
Since the Convid-19 outbreak on
2020, WFH become a solution for the company to keep running during the cities
lock down. After that, WFH become more common and accept in different
sectors. Maybe we can say the people already used to WFH with partly work at
office.
Now, some people try to find a job
not ordinary 5-day work at the office. Some people also propose to their
company to keep WFH couple days a week or looking for now job able to WFH. The
people also try to move to the country side which may a little far away from
the office for better living environment. It’s changed the corporate and
people’s working behaviours.
It seems that it will be more
interesting to analysis WFH topic after pandemic. Some international companies
like google, fakebook, Apple…. make WFH become more ordinary. The global job
environment changed since the pandemic.
1. How’s the international companies
getting the advantage for the job environment?
2. How’s the companies monitor their
WFH employee working progress? (Using some software like Zoom, MS project…)
3. Dose any companies culture, organization
and working environment changed since the people WFH?
4. Make some suggestions for the
companies, employee and customer to crop with this WFH trend and environment.
Now, I just wonder should we keep
going for the this WFH topic? Any other suggestion for this topic?
Or any other interesting topic for
the MBA dissertation?
