Use your company, or one you’re familiar with, to conduct a needs assessment within a department in the organization. Attached is additional information on on how to conduct a needs assessment. You will develop a needs assessment tool to use to interview some of the employees in the department to assess their needs. After conducting the needs assessment, write a short paper (approximately 2-3 pages excluding the cover and bibliography), incorporating your findings (do not include employee’s names), the assessment tool with the questions asked of the employees, and an overview of the company. You will also incorporate the research to support the best way to meet the needs of the employees in the organization using the outcome of the needs assessment.
