For this PowerPoint Presentation, present on the ways in
which the Amazon company will reduce errors in communication.
Identify an error in communication in the Amazon company
that they made through an advertisement, consumer policy, or verbal actions to
employees – see attached articles. Explain
the error in the presentation.
Continuing in your role as the CEO of the Amazon company, create
a presentation to give to the Amazon employees that explains the communication
blunders and your solutions to avoid them in the future.
Include the components listed below in your presentation:
Outline the communication error and what went
wrong and highlight the shortfalls. If you researched an example, share the
example with your organization, and explain what happened and how you can learn
from it.
Outline the suggested solution(s) to fix the
problem and what processes can be implemented from Chapter 9 in the textbook –
see attached.
Explain what the Amazon company can learn from this mistake
and ways to improve communication in the future.
Support the work with a reference slide. You must reference the textbook (Chapter 9)
at a minimum.
The completed PowerPoint presentation should include a minimum
of seven slides, not counting the title and reference slides.
