Research Paper Annotated Bibliography

Overview:
Develop and submit an annotated bibliography of the sources to cite in the research paper assignment.
This should illustrate how each source informs the research question/topic and demonstrate proper use of current APA.
Instructions:
· 8–10 quality references (primarily peer-reviewed, scholarly journals or theoretical texts in addition to the textbook and the Bible
· Each source will appear in current APA format as it will appear in the research paper
· Each source will include a 100-word narrative documenting how the source is relevant to the research paper topic.
· All material should be presented in APA format, including but not limited to the title page.

Research Problem
Discrimination in workplace organizations is a major issue, it separates applicants from opportunities for reasons that are impartial. Citizens are experiencing unfair treatment and not provided the same access to employment opportunities. In successful implementation of inclusive diversity programs within organizations, companies will be more equipped to open their employment opportunities to all.
Thesis Statement
This paper will discuss the issue of how discrimination impacts applicants to organizations and how businesses can successfully operate in ways which promote diversity and inclusivity.
Rationale
Understanding the issues of discrimination within organizations can have a significant impact on the success of the business. Taking a closer look into this topic will allow business managers the opportunity to be more aware of diversity within their company culture.
