The essay should contain the following parts:
Part I
Abstract:
Summarize your review paper in one paragraph at no more than 150 words.
Part II
Introduction:
Describe the research background, it’s significance, and the current issues involving antibiotic resistance and biofilms in your introduction (focus on one resistant bacteria such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa or Escherichia coli). Through researching journal papers, books, WHO and CDC data, etc, fully describe why the research on biofilm and antibiotic resistance is important (including at least two classes of antibiotics, their resistances and the relationship between resistance and biofilms). This should be about 700 words.
Part III
Materials and Methods:
Describe the research methods, materials and techniques used in the related research articles. This should be about 900 words.
Part IV
Results:
Summarize how biofilms affect antibiotic resistance, resistance mechanisms, etc. This should be about 400 words.

Discussion and Conclusion:
Analyze whether the results could answer the questions which were described in the introduction, whether current therapy methods will lead drug resistance and biofilm formation, how to improve the effectiveness of therapy, and how to stop the spread of resistance. Describe what your innovative idea on understanding antibiotic resistance and biofilms, and how to stop the spread of antibiotic resistance is. This should be about 500 to 700 words.
