the Netflix case to answer the questions below:

In 2011, Reed Hastings announced that Netflix would split into two businesses,
one its traditional DVD business and the other streaming service. The
decision was reversed a month later. If you were Hastings, how would you
manage the corporate culture in the days following the reversal of the
decision? What would be the major issues you need to overcome internally?
2.
Thinking in terms of demand or supply-side disruption to the business – what do
you think Hastings should do with Netflix. The case ends with a number of
possibilities. Which do you pick and why? Defend your position in
terms of the strategy that we have studied in this course.
