Explain in moderate detail (3-5 sentences) the concept of “skilled migration”. In your opinion, has intra-EU skilled migration from post-communist Eastern Europe to Western Europe either cumulatively fomented EU division or cumulatively facilitated EU integration since 1992? Why? Provide country-specific qualitative and quantitative data to support your argument. (You must argue for either division or integration.
