Clearly define where your community is geographically in the United States. What is the main social problem in your community?
Define the problem using the problems we have learned about this semester. Who in the community is mainly affected by this problem? How is racial, ethnic, and economic inequality causing this problem?
Identify local non-profit organizations working to solve this problem, who they are, and what they do to solve it. You will be graded on the following: Is your project in a clear format? Your paper answers all the questions in the instructions.
You make a clear connection between class material and the problem in your community. Include seven (7) or more articles/movies from the course. No outside material will be accepted. Include a bibliography/works cited. This page will not count for your word count.
