in this company, I mostly Monitor sales and quarterly meetings and develop the company in terms of arranging for funds and supporting the Manager with key post-hiring and hitting the financial benchmark of the board’s agendas.

Lubricants is an Engine Oil Manufacturing plant for which is mostly overseeing the quarterly targets are reached. P/L are within the target and supporting them on the digital and automation aspects of the business.

During my time managing these companies, I have gotten to understand different aspects of business through trial and error in certain parts. It has allowed me to approach with a practical viewpoint. Also to deal with adversity in terms of finances and personally. Always be up for a challenge I had to fight through cancer when I was a teenager which I had overcome.
I would be a good fit for this business school program in terms of the practical experiences I have learned and the unique perspectives which would enable me to contribute more to the programme
