The Lean Canvas
To use any business model you need to develop a plan. Here we look at the, “Opportunity Canvas,” as a way to quickly develop a lean
business model. If you have your own plan to launch a business, complete an Opportunity Canvas which you will find in this m=Module
and briefly describe it in your post. If you do not have a business you are interested in launching for now, respond to the following:
A. How can this “Lean Canvas” help you to identify the critical elements to start a business?
B. Name two companies that you believe clearly provide a high-quality value to their customers and describe how they do so.
Remember to respond to at least two other classmates!
