Create a video explaining and illustrating the adverse effects of price controls. Then address the following question:
If price controls lead to adverse effects, then when are they justifiable to use?
Your video must be 5-10 minutes in length and is up to your creativity but must include a recording of your voice (recording of you talking, your voice only, illustrations, screen sharing, etc.).
You are expected to use at least two outside resources and to use APA format for all citations. You can cite this on a slide at the end of your video or upload a document with them along with your video submission.

To record your video, you can use your smartphone or camera, or laptop with recording software (Screencast-o-matic is a good free option or ZOOM with your CCU student account) to complete this assignment.
